We are currently seeking talented FSB Credit Risk Manager - Collection Analytics for our San Antonio, TX facility.
Manages a team responsible for credit risk management and analysis. Monitors, assesses, and reports on credit risks inherent in the Bank's various portfolios.

Manages a team of credit risk analysts responsible for credit risk management and analysis. Applies complex mathematical modeling and forecasting techniques to solve business problems for optimal solutions.
Understands loss performance models and oversees refinements to adjust to various changes in portfolio / economic conditions / credit policy.
Presents analysis to senior management in a clear, concise and actionable format and develop plans and recommendations for mitigation strategies and tactics. Works with Executive leadership in managing the P&L.
Participates in the review and drafting of reports in the areas of loan loss reserves.
Works with internal and external auditors on loan loss performance issues. Ensures adequate internal control processes around loss performance and credit exposure. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years credit risk experience.
1 year leadership experience.
Advanced skillset in Strata.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and applicable databases.
Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools including skills to develop analysis queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, and other business intelligence and analysis software applications for data segmentation, aggregation, and statistics.
Ability to work with large databases and datasets for extraction, conversion into useful business information, and analytical purposes.
Advanced knowledge of industry data sources.
Thorough knowledge of product segmentations, financial instrument relationships, and credit loss activities and key drivers. Preferred

Master's degree.
1 year experience managing direct reports.
Familiarity with Middleware development.
Industry experience in banking, collections and deposits.
Strong strategy development experience.
World class strategic and analytical capabilities.
Strategic project management experience.
Superior communication and development skills. ***Selected candidates will attend and complete the Management Development School program in San Antonio, TX, during their first six months in position.***
