This individual provides effective client services along with the Joint Commission International Accreditation ("JCIA") management team as needed to process accreditation/certification applications, contracts and correspondence, as well as to schedule surveys and surveyors to meet client needs. Performs work in conjunction with the central office staff and surveyors to promote efficient processes to enhance Joint Commission International ("JCI") accreditation operations, manage customer and surveyor databases and maintain statistics.
Possesses knowledge and experience equivalent to that ordinarily acquired through completion of an associate degree or bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field. Demonstrates three to five years of applicable work experience preferred and excellent communication skills both verbally and in written format to meet the culturally diverse needs of clients and others. Possesses strong working knowledge of all MS Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as proficiency in navigating other systems software as applicable for managing engagements, customer records, database management, and spreadsheet development. Organized and detail-oriented with expertise in balancing departmental activities/interests with multiple tasks that require prioritization and time management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to adapt to diverse internal and external customer needs, demonstrates maturity and the ability to effectively respond to all client needs in a timely fashion.
