Assembly/Test Position The primary function is to Build PC Boards, Assembly and Test Relays. Specific Roles & Responsibilities: Receive and carry out written/verbal instructions from manager and Operation Speacialist. Inspect product for quality issues involving BOS, feeder manufactured parts and their assemblies. Follow safe work practices, follow ESD procedures and wear PPE if required. Perform inspection of boards before and during assembly. Assist in writing methods for assembly and test. Apply conformal coating to board to protect against temperature changes when required. Perform duties in accordance with the Coral Springs Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems. Perform final assembly and test of products per shop order.
Requirements High School or GED Wide-range of experience in thru-hole, surface mounts, formal coating, assembly knowledge Demonstrated interpersonal skills and commitment to quality Ability to lift 50 lbs. Takes on additional responsibilities, meets new challenges, and a driven team player.
