Promotes and maintains overall organizational effectiveness through the development and execution of change enablement & communication strategies for Restaurant Solutions Group (RSG).

Supports the alignment of RSG strategies and priorities with the overall business plans of the markets as well as the center functions. Enables the successful transition of our products and solutions. Assists the Chief Restaurant Officer with preparing key communication and influence opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Chief Restaurant Officer to drive strategic focused priorities for RSG and execution of those priorities.
Develop change enablement strategies including; conducting impact analyses on key RSG efforts to understand stakeholder needs and commitment, institutionalizing processes and protocols for implementing change, and driving strategic internal/external messaging in partnership with Global Communications team
Facilitate adoption of our products and solutions by creating change strategies and building change networks.
Integrate with McDonald’s Strategic Change Community of Practice.
Maintain close contact with RSG leaders as well as Center functions, AOW Operations, and WW Boards to help ensure alignment of RSG efforts
Develop effective approaches for aligning/integrating RSG efforts and work with RSG and Field Leadership to enable the deployment, communication and dissemination of key initiatives and standards
Support Strategy and Planning team with the development of RSG-wide 3 and 1 year plans as needed
Lead project teams as needed to address key RSG opportunities/issues
Facilitate alignment and drive accountability for actions through planned leadership dialogues. Assist Chief Restaurant Officer in preparing for visits to AOWs and markets
Knowledge Sharing - collaborate on the creation and ongoing development of processes and systems for sharing solution-focused information across the system. Includes ownership of RSG intranet site and related material

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements for Position:

Understanding/knowledge of the McDonald's system and operations preferred
At least 7 years of experience in strategic change- related roles required
Strong analytical and synthesis skills required
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of leaders throughout the system
Broad business knowledge and understanding of other functions
Proven ability to work collaboratively with, and influence the actions and interests of, varied stakeholders within RSG and Areas of the World
Strong communication skills, including the ability to persuade others and tailor communication style to the intended audience
Ability to build consensus and buy-in throughout
Knowledge and understanding of key strategic organizational projects, functional areas and key innovation initiatives
