The Project Manager will be the primary customer point of contact as the lead for a contract to provide an enterprise-wide mobile device management/mobile application store capability to DISA. The candidate will report directly to the AT&T GSI director having responsibility for all professional services support to DISA. Candidate will have primary responsibility for profit and loss on this contract. The primary place of performance will be at the customer site at Ft Meade. Responsibilities include the responsibility for program and project oversight of all activities related to the delivery of products and services on this contract to include installation, test and acceptance, and security engineering Certification and Accreditation of the MDM/MAS solution at the customer’s Test Lab facility, installation and deployment of this solution to multiple DECC (DISA Enterprise Computing Center) locations, customer training, and provision of Tier 3 help desk services. The Project Manager will be supported by an AT&T Mobility Engineer serving as the project technical lead, and multiple subcontract personnel who are subject matter experts in their respective areas of responsibility. The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the delivery of all work products and services on this contract, to include technical artifacts, reports, presentations and briefings to the client. The Project Manager must have the ability to work closely with clients to understand the client's business requirements, issues, and priorities and work with the subcontractors to refines the solution to advance the client's business strategy and goals. The project manager must have a basic understanding of the technologies being implemented. He or she develops and leads execution of the technical risk management plan for the solution to be implemented. Some travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field of study. 10 years work experience, 4 years experience managing complex or large scale Information technology projects. Experience managing subcontractors required. Must have excellent speaking and writing skills. Must demonstrate an understanding of Mobility device security issues including DIACAP certification, Security Requirement Guides (SRG) and Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) Compliance, and DoD data security concerns. U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.

Desired: Knowledge of the future roadmap for evolution of the supporting mobile computing technologies. Basic knowledge in compliance/security models such as HIPAA, HSPD-12, Safe Harbor, FISMA. Knowledge of MDM concepts for other platforms such as Blackberry Enterprise Server. Security + and developer-related certifications. PMP certification a plus.
