Agile Frameworks is looking for an Solutions Consultant who’sprimary responsibility is providing services to geographically dispersed clients. Combining excellent customer service skills with knowledge of technology solutions, the Solutions Consultant executes the delivery process to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction for software products and related solutions.
Product Delivery Client Management
Works directly with assigned clients to deliver cloud hosted software products.
Successfully engages in multiple client initiatives simultaneously.
Develops and monitors client product installation work plans.
Collaborates with clients and development team members.
Seeks answers to questions on product configuration capabilities.
Follows up with client on tasks they need to complete to keep the project on schedule.
Assists in implementing standard product training programs.
Transitions day-to-day client operational support to appropriate Agile Frameworks resources post deployment.
Participates in managing client upgrades in accordance with contractual arrangements.
Coordinates with Agile Frameworks staff and contractors to deliver products, solutions, and services to clients in a timely manner.
Identifies opportunities to provide additional solution services to clients, related to Agile Frameworks products and solutions.
Collaborate closely with the customer to ensure work products delivered meet their expectations.
Communicate ongoing product improvement ideas for the product development team.
Utilizes client facing experiences to facilitate continual improvement.
Effectively utilizes agile development tools.
Document client change requests.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project and Visio, or the ability to learn these products.
Preferred: Experience in the delivery of web-based solutions.
Preferred: Experience in the AEC, ASFE or aligned industry.
Preferred: Experience using and/or supporting various technical software programs.
Preferred: Experience using and/or supporting ERP systems
Preferred: Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and SQL Script.
Excellent customer service and independent time management skills.
Ability to read in the English language, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, user manuals, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports.
Ability to present as a subject matter expert.
Comfortable with ambiguity.
Ability to quickly learn and apply business software to business procedures and processes.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information management or computer science, or equivalent combination of education, technology acumen and technical work experience.
Two years of work experience in a client facing role. In a technical or consulting capacity is a plus.
