As our newest RFIC Design Engineer you will perform microwave/mixed-signal IC design of complex circuits. These circuits include: analog baseband, microwave (>5GHz) and digital subsystems such as mixers, VGAs, LNAs and DAC. You will also design custom IC circuits on SiGe and CMOS processes, particularly at 0.18um process technologies and below. Sound right up your alley? Then come on board!
Experience/Skills Required Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering · Coursework or experience in Microwave/RF IC Design · Coursework of experience in Circuit/ASIC Design in SiGe and CMOS processes · Capability to test/measure/debug microwave chipsets · Ability to travel up to 10% · US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status
Preferences
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering · Knowledge of design and verification in ADS · Coursework or experience with EM simulators such as HFSS, Momentum or Sonnet · Circuit design experience for frequencies about 10GHz Our Advanced Microwave Products group is located in Gilbert, Arizona, also known as the "high tech oasis of the silicon desert".
