Senior individual will serve as a key technical project management resource for a Program Management Office in support of current transformation initiatives across the federal agency, supporting the government's intent to deploy Project Management Institute (PMI) practices within a shared services delivery framework.
Senior individual must demonstrate experience in project management and ITIL service delivery framework in order to provide direction to stakeholders by identifying the projects and services purpose, key tasks or objectives, and the desired end-state. Senior individual must also support the development of policy, processes, and procedural documentation.

The successful Senior PMO resource will have the experience and a proven track record in the service delivery of large-scale business processes and management information systems project, with extensive service and technical backgrounds that augment their project management skills.
BPR, including business-needs assessment, required 8 years.
Strategic Planning, required 8 years.
Budgeting, required 8 years.
PMBOK & SDLC Methodologies, required 8 years.
Project Resource Management, required 8 years.
5 years of Organizational Change Management experience.
