Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $ 12.00
Contract to hire
Shift: Must be flexible TBD
90% of calls will be taking Customer Service Calls.
Must pass criminal background requirements, including credit check
Need to take written test at time of the interview.
Mandatory Overtime during the first week of each month
6 months of call center experience preferred

Responsible for verifying the caller’s site location and contact information. This includes the site ID, users name and call back number. Agent is responsible for accurately transferring this information into the Service Desk application by generating a new open ticket. The agent is also responsible for documenting a detailed description in the ticket. The agent then assigns the ticket to the appropriate group and transfers the caller to the team’s phone queue responsible for the problem.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills
Excellent customer service skills/experience
Ability to work with several types of IT technologies to include telephone, email, and chat inquiries
Ability to navigate multiple applications and document customer inquiries, concerns, and resolutions
Ability to multi-task
Follow procedural guidelines
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to work flexible schedule (Weekends, Evenings, Holidays, etc.)
Must be a US citizen
Must be able to obtain ADP II level of trust agreement
High school graduate, or equivalent
Ability to type 35 words per minute
Basic PC knowledge
Ability to perform telephonic support for eight (8) hours per day
