Save the Children
The Specialist, Contracts and Consultancies will be responsible for all aspects of the cunsultancy and contract proccess and managing information in a timely and accurate fashion. The Specialist will assist in the budgeting process of consultancies and related amendments and closeout. The Specialist will serve as the point of contact for the USP National team for all payment processing guidance. He or she will work closely with the Manager, Finance to ensure proper coding of all records for all sources of funding for expenditures to provide financial analysis and technical assistance neccessary for budget administration including preparing the monthly finance report for the USP national team. A key role of the Specilist will be to ensure that all payments adhere to the USP policies and prodedures and that payment is processed in a timely manner.

BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 3 to 5 years experience working with Contracts or other related Accounting agreements, Non Profit and grant experience preferred. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. SUN experience hightly preferred
