As a Project Coordinator you’ll have day-to-day responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns. This includes working closely with Project Managers to coordinate the activities of both internal teams and outside vendors to complete projects within scope while achieving business, client needs and delivering white glove customer service.

Serve as main point-of-contact for both internal and external stake holders.

Lead day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams.

Create and maintain project development and editorial time-lines.

Proactively identify, manage and resolve project related issues and risks.

Lead internal teams and third-party vendors to develop and build content marketing and rich media products to campaign needs.

Ensure project stakeholders and management are kept appropriately informed of project status and that there is sufficient record of meetings and decision-making.

Bring first-to-market products and partnerships to market on behalf of brand partners.

Protect P&L on all programs managed.

Develop client SOW and T&C’s as well as secure necessary approvals from both internal and external clients.

Identify and document lessons learned and improvement recommendations for future projects and processes.

Pull and analyze campaign performance data. Create wrap reports and deliver to Client.

Participate in client presentations.

Bachelors Degree.

Ideal candidate has a love of media and in online advertising, marketing and branded content.

Ability to learn quickly and efficiently

Effective team player with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Ideal candidate is a self-starter, confident, energetic, positive, focused, organized, proactive and thrives in a multi-tasking environment.

Ability to work well under time frame pressure, handling multiple projects at the same time and posting colleagues on progress regularly.

Fluency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

Experience in the advertising industry is a plus

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
Office environment. No exposure to weather conditions.

Required to sit for long periods of time

Light travel may be required

Infrequent light physical effort required
