Information Technology/ Audio Visual Manager: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools and materials as necessary to write and disseminate all IT/AV functional requirements. Contractor shall develop and implement an IT/AV lifecycle replacement plan. Contractor shall assist regular DIA IT support in providing help desk support to IT and AV equipment. The contractor shall provide on-site system expertise support for IT needs. The contractor shall provide plans, market research, funding requests and internal control documents or hardware lifecycle and/or new requirements for distance/distributed learning, web server, mobile training, audio visual, production center, multi-media equipment, hardware or software. The contractor shall provide documentation to IT approval boards for ant new hardware software. The contractor shall track status through the boards until final approval providing with any additional information necessary until approval is granted. The contractor shall ensure all hardware/software is entered into the proper property accountability processes and databases. When required, and in consultation with the government, the contractor shall dispose of antiquated equipment in accordance with property reutilization and disposal procedures. The technician will have a thorough knowledge of instructional methods in audio visual techniques, and knowledge of the operation of audio, video, cable and film equipment with the ability to advise and assist in the planning and or making of presentations; create audio and visual aids for instructional purposes and provide advisory services relating to their development and use; review all course materials and presentations and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of instruction; update all visual aids and lecture materials to modern, professional standards; provide assistance with design and presentation of audio visual instructional presentations; be responsible for the recording and subsequent of cataloging and archiving of all classes; provide audio visual end user support and troubleshoot classroom audio visual systems; provide training for SME/Instructors, staff and students using classroom audio visual systems; develop and manage computer accounts for all classes including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to the extent DIA regulatory guidance allows; act as liaison for IT issues; provide off station IT services for approximately 2 weeks, 3 time per year, in support of a CONUS based exercise or other venue as deemed necessary by the government; provide training to students and faculty on the range of IT equipment; perform research and provide recommendations on software/hardware requirements and facilitate approval, testing and installation of these government approved requirements. Experience with IT, AV or communications is highly desired

Senior: Must have a Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline. A Masters in an associated field is highly desired. Military experience is desirable.
