Job Description

The Service Express® Agent is our back-of-the-house concierge. Answers and directs incoming calls from inside and outside the hotel. Identifies all guest needs and handles their requests. Dispatches Service Express delivery attendants and other hotel staff via two-way radio and telephone.

Requirements

Prior hospitality experience required. High school diploma required. Excellent customer service skills. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Ability to sit or stand for up to 4 hours. Able to use multiline telephone system and strong computer skills.

This is a part-time position that requires full flexibility for scheduling, including days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
