Successful realtor and real estate investor based in Salt Lake City with 11 years of experience in a wide variety of real estate aspects, looking for a real estate assistant to become part of a growing team.
Job Description
Entry Level or Experienced Real Estate Assistant needed to help with:
Transaction coordination, communicating with people involved in a transaction, keeping up with deadlines and resolving issues pertaining to the transaction
Organizing files and transaction documentation according to broker specifications
Maintaining customer database
Social marketing (facebook, twitter, pinterest, blogging, websites) and traditional marketing (may act as support to marketing person)
Answering questions from our clients and providing customer service
Following up with potential customers
Working with real estate purchase contracts
Inputting listings onto the MLS, maintaining the listings on the MLS
Filing
Driving within valley for photos and open houses
Performing CMAs
Researching and looking for properties
Requirements:
One year experience (not required for entry level)
Organized
Ability to manage time and tasks throughout the day
Ability to provide excellent customer service with a sense of patience and making it a pleasant experience to clients, associates and everyone the person interacts with
Ability to work well under pressure
Passionate about real estate
Responsible and takes responsibility for the work assigned
Punctual
Detailed oriented
Proactive
Teachable
Team player
Willing to think out of the box to find solutions to problems, within the law, of course :)
Adaptable to working with all sorts of personalities (clients, other agents, customers)
Excellent at using computers and willing to learn to use different sorts of software
Willing to attend training classes to enhance skills and knowledge of the business and other types of training
Ambitious and wanting to grow with the company
Good driving record
Must be able to text (not while driving :) )
