Manage the daily administrative and financial functions. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director on matters related to the operations and act on behalf of the Director as requested.

Position Qualifications

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and four (4) years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified which has included at least one (1) year of supervisory experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement for a year-for-year basis.

Additional Requirements
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Successful experience in managing the day to day activities of a fast paced office with unforgiving deadlines.
Demonstrated skill in keeping focused on work assignments and in remaining calm during stressful situations.
Budgeting and financial experience dealing with individuals at all levels of an organization and demonstrated skill at working in a team environment.
Experience operating office machines and equipment.
Computer software experience including the use of spreadsheets and word processing.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in a maintenance/service organization.
