Senior Technical Analyst/Developer
Raintree Vacation Club is looking for Senior Technical Analyst/Developer. As part of the Business Analysis department, the Senior Technical Analyst/Developer is tasked with the integration of business analysis/reporting processes for all business units in the company. The primary role of the department is to consolidate and validate the way information is gathered, processed, analyzed and ultimately reported on. As the lead Technical Analyst, this position will be the driving force behind the company’s move to full data automation, while providing analytical support and reporting to the all areas of Raintree’s Business Operations.
The Senior Technical Analyst will take over existing reporting and data extraction needs—and will also directly participate in, and provide recommendations on, the continuous improvement of each Business Unit’s operations.
An analytical outlook is required, as well as a strong desire to continuously improve and facilitate all aspects of a company’s operations.
Experience creating, modifying and improving stored procedures, UDFs, triggers, etc. Basic database programming skills are required.
Experience working with SSIS. Must create and improve existing packages to centralize data from various sources coming from different providers in distinct formats.
Must develop new operations-related reports, tweak existing reports and improve processes by simplifying consumption of information at all levels of the enterprise.
Basic Internet Information Services skills required. Candidate will support data channels currently operating in FTP/SFTP, HTTP XML. Experience using either WinSCP, Cygwin, SSH will help.

Must be a self-starter, fast learner, detail oriented and organized. Must be able to work well with others and adapt to rapid changes/applications within the organization. Must be personable, possess good communication skills. Must have a positive attitude and have a strong work ethic, as long hours are often necessary. Must be a team player and be willing to learn Bi-lingual English Spanish preferred
