Looking for a dynamic individual with a strong consumer marketing background to join the team as the marketing manager for Republic Wireless. This individual will be primarily responsible for execution and performance of paid/organic customer acquisition and email marketing programs, while assisting in the development of the overall brand strategy.

Responsibilities:
Actively develop new acquisition campaigns that aggressively meet subscriber goals

Hands on management of all acquisition channels including but not limited to paid search, display, affiliate, social, comparison shopping, mobile, etc. with limited outside agency support

Rigorously analyze marketing spend, allocating budgets to the most effective channels

Collaborate with creative resources to conceive and develop highly effective creative in support advertising and brand activities

Identify, prioritize and manage SEO opportunities and projects relating to site architecture, URL structure, redirects, content, title tags, internal linking, site maps, compliance issues, natural link building and site maps

Work with the Communications and Community Managers to optimize the use of social assets and strategies as they pertain to SEO

Manage efforts of external service providers who provide link building, content development, and reporting/analysis functions

Responsible for analyzing, recommending and implementing improvements to meet organic search growth targets

Create and execute email marketing campaigns and programs that are aligned with overall marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue and increasing customer retention

Manage the email campaign process including planning, creative development, set-up, review, QA, deployment and reporting

Proactively track, monitor, analyze and optimize email campaign performance via aggressive testing methodologies

Participate in the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan to differentiate republic, build brand equity and drive subscriber growth

Perform sophisticated quantitative analyses. This includes: customer buying patterns, website visitor behavior, take rate, conversion rate, shopping cart effectiveness, lead quality/source, referrals, competitive analysis, market trends, etc.

Coordinate activities with outside agencies and consultants

Assist VP, Marketing with other projects as needed

Required Skills

Qualifications:
5+ years in consumer focused marketing with strong eCommerce background

Expert in email marketing with experience using tools like Silverpop, ExactTarget, Bronto or similar to manage lists with 250k+ subscribers

Successful track record managing national advertising budgets across numerous brand and direct response consumer channels

Prior experience actively managing search engine optimization with proven results

Ability to analyze a variety of data and identify marketing trends

Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills

Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint

Creative and energetic with a high level of passion for marketing

Results oriented, very self-motivated

Extremely organized and detail oriented

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

Demonstrated experience in project management, analysis and the ability to work across multiple teams
