Key responsibilities/duties of position: (All duties as directed to include, but not limited to the following): Candidate is required to be knowledgeable in general office procedures with emphasis on data entry skills, document assembly and binding, general computer/word processing with MS Office applications (Word & Excel.) Solid verbal and written communication and organization skills are necessary.
This position is a temporary position working 0-20 hours/week.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have valid driver's license.
Skills/Training/Qualifications: 3-5 years administrative/receptionist experience, MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience required. Scanning experience helpful. Typing and data entry tasks require high accuracy along with general computer knowledge. Organizational and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with confidential information are essential. Proven dependability and excellent verbal/written communication skills required.
