Provides initial and on-going support to mid- and large-sized accounts with complex buying needs. Responds to service needs that do not constitute the core selling responsibilities of the (Sr.) Account Manager. Distributes catalogs, provides end-user catalog training, develops custom requisitions, and coordinates the replenishment of marketing materials. Conducts routine customer service calls.
