Job Description:

• Deployment Manager is a key position, responsible for successful deployment of system and Enterprise upgrades.

• Responsible for oversight and management of all depot-related activities and personnel

• Manage operational client relationships 24/7, during deployment.

• Manage cross-functional technical teams responsible for deploying solutions, assuring client success and acceptance of system performance.

• Develop and execute deployment planning and review processes to achieve strategic goals.

• Work with and support the cross-functional teams in the planning, design, implementation, training and scheduling of approved projects.

• Methodically collect and provide feedback from field and clients to the Engineering and Products teams to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

• 10+ yrs experience successfully managing complex, enterprise deployments in a global organization.

• Exceptional project management, analytical, organizational, technical and leadership skills to manage client engagements and internal resources in order to provide premier customer service.

• Ability to develop strong business relationships and negotiate with clients and internal resources.

• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts and business issues verbally and in writing to clients, associates and management.

• Experience briefing senior managers, managing expectations, and achieving planned schedule and cost objectives.

• Four years of program/project management experience with supervisory/management responsibilities.

• One plus year of project management experience must be in the Government contracts environment.

• Successful experience managing distributed workforce and effectively multi-tasking.

• Experience in planning and implementing project activities and resources using flexible, adaptable, and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of ISO standards and auditing

• PMI or DAWIA certification.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience supporting DHS USCIS is desired

• Problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills helpful

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills desired.

• Ability to work independently toward team objectives.
