The Project Associate (PA) provides project coordination and process metric reporting for Executive Assessment projects. The position reports into the North America Executive Assessment Delivery team, but will be assigned to support assessment projects being managed by other US Delivery teams.


Coordinate the delivery of client-specific assessment systems for Wal-Mart and other projects.

Use DDI systems and tools to set up and deliver Executive Assessments (e.g., Assessment Management System, Assessing Talent).

Coordinate with other DDI resources (e.g., Technical Support, ESystems, Delivery teams, Assessment Services Group) to support delivery of Executive Assessment projects.

Engage in frequent senior-level client contact, by phone and face-to-face, to coordinate assessment activities.

Lead implementation of video-conferencing technology throughout North American assessment operations

Provide support to other portions of the assessment process (e.g., AC day administration, publishing reports, preparing Strategic Talent Review presentations).

Provide project administrative support as required (i.e., word-processing, data entry, file maintenance, etc.).

A small amount of overnight travel is required to fulfill these responsibilities (0-10%).

Relevant Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

Minimum of 3 years of administrative support or related business experience.

Demonstrated experience and ability in data management and tracking.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - Office 2010 strongly preferred

Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Excellent interpersonal skills (face-to-face and on the phone).

Ability to learn DDI systems, processes, and software technologies.

Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, manage multiple projects, and work under challenging deadlines.

Strong internal and external service orientation.

Project management experience desirable; project-related experience needed.

Prior evidence of success and achievement as part of a high performance work team.

High work standards and attention to detail.

High receptivity to feedback and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

BA or BS degree with concentration in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related area.
