The Account Management – Project Manager, will focus on delivering superior operational, project management, reporting, analytical and communication account service to assigned Health Plan Account. The position will be responsible for working and leading strategic and tactical projects for assigned accounts. This position requires frequent strategic, tactical planning, and coordination of other client projects with Account Management and Sales leadership. The position requires strong knowledge of networking within an organization, managing oversight of processes and proven ability to navigate effectively and hold others accountable to delivering on client commitments as well as managing client expectations or changes to committed deliverables. The AM Project Manager will lead various Account Management initiatives with the focus on enhancing the service we provide to our Health Plans. They will be involved in projects unique to individual accounts, as well as overarching initiatives within the Health Plan CST. Required Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience with client facing and operational functions such as enrollment, eligibility, benefit plan set-up, networks and reporting. Ability to analyze and interpret process for improvement opportunities. Must have experience working with large clients. Experience presenting technical and non-technical information to clients as well small and large groups. Successful project management experience. Preferred Qualifications:
PBM experience strongly preferred. Ability to proactively identify solutions to enhance client delivery and operational efficiency. Team player and leadership skills in leading technical and non-technical projects. Strong organization, reporting, analytical, project management and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high demand, complex accounts. Demonstrated ability to present effectively to clients and large internal groups Education:
