Serve as the IT Project Manager and Support Manager for end-user projects, equipment and software. This includes but is not limited to desktops, laptops, tablets, phones, projectors, sound systems, printers, etc. The projects will range from an individual's needs to revamping an entire campus. This position supervises multiple levels of support personnel covering five campuses and a helpdesk working day, evening and weekend shifts.
Minimum and Additional Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field and three (3) years experience in automated information or communication system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or marketing.
Master's degree in a related field and five (5) years of supervisory experience.
