This

is a Resource Manager position for up to 1 year - Position located in the Western States and will require extensive travel regionally. Will also require the ability to relocate if needed within the region. Position will support new site survey's, transitions, openings and post-openings. Almost 100% travel required. Successful candidate will have experience in transitions,
surveys and operations. Must have knowledge of college and K-12 schools building type facilities. Knowledgeable in HVAC, boiler ops, electrical, plumbing, CMMS and all building maintenance operations. Must be computer literate, financially astute, possess good written and verbal
communication skills. Be able to meet deadlines and work independently. May be
asked to interact with clients. Minimum Requirements: 5 years as an operations
manager of facilities. Preferred candidate can be located anywhere in the West within 50 miles of a major airport

Serves as subject matter expert for the segment relating to standards and practices
for engineering services. Typically aligned with a VP or DM and supports that geography. Ensures compliance with Sodexo template for services, as well as related regulatory requirements. Works with operations constituents in areas relating to financial management, people management, account
development, and account operations. Supports the implementation of new unit openings, including the development and administration of training plans. Supports the sales process by assisting with operations and costing analyses, and by providing technical support in the development of service proposals.

Position Summary:

Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
