Title: .Net Programmer Analyst Hiring Manager: Intranet Operations Manager Summary of Position: This position is part of an enterprise application development team responsible for designing, coding, debugging, documenting, supporting, and maintaining complex business solutions using Microsoft .NET, SQL Server and other technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for performing full life cycle development on new projects and for providing maintenance and support of existing products. You must possess excellent communication and presentations skills for your collaboration with several technical teams within RPC. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and create innovative solutions.
Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical design. Perform object-oriented analysis, design, develop, test, debug, document and support windows and web based applications consistent with specifications and business requirements to deliver business value. Develop test plans for all levels of testing. Develop and execute regression, design verification, and performance tests.
Manage the application development life cycle (Development, Test, UAT, and Production) following the defined policies and procedures. Effectively communicate project status and issues to project teams, management and other stakeholders. Create and maintain documentation to support developed applications. Provide technical leadership for project and team through design and code reviews, ensuring best technical practices are applied.
Collaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-making. Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of business applications. Mentor other developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing presentations. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (Qualifications): 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in N-tier .Net applications development.
Demonstrated ability to resolve challenging obstacles, meet committed timelines, effectively communicate, understand business needs and turn requirements into reality. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology or related field.
