The Cardiothoracic Surgeon works in conjunction with Memorial Physician Network and Memorial Health System Leadership to ensure streamlined processes across service lines. He/She is responsible for performing cardiothoracic surgery which includes consultation, pre and post-op care, and emergency intervention.

Minimum Education: Graduated from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy. Board certified in General and Cardiothoracic Surgery by the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Thoracic Surgery, or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and the American Osteopathic Board of Thoracic Surgery. Completes a minimum of 10 CME's annually related to field.
Minimum Experience: Successful completion of a board accredited fellowship program.

Strength (Light Work): Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, or up to 10 lbs of force frequently, or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
