The CLG team includes our home mortgage, home equity, consumer credit card, personal loans and lines, direct auto, dealer services and commercial auto, retail services and education financial services businesses.

Our Default Servicing Team: Respectfully engages, understands and advises consumer real estate customers of available solutions to resolve mortgage delinquencies.

File claims to various private investors on conventional loans while meeting strict investor guidelines, regulations, and deadlines.

Complete reconciliation's on each loan to ensure all funds have been recovered.

Performs a variety of operational tasks for the most complex processes or functions.

Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure.

Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers.

Uses multiple online systems.

Duties may include: receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed; verifying accuracy; balancing accounts; providing detailed information to investors as requested.

Basic Qualifications

6+ months administrative experience or interacting with customers/people.

Minimum Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mathematical, account balancing, and research skills
- Detailed oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Ability to work well within a team atmosphere and maintain professional composure in a fast paced work environment
- Mortgage experience
**This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
