Performs routine maintenance service or repair.
Complies with department standards and regulatory guidelines.
Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
C.
Experience:
Preferred one
year experience in a commercial or building maintenance department

Special qualifications:
Must be able to successfully complete established competencies for the position within designated probationary period.
