About the Responsibilities
  • Help our clients understand how to best use our product.
  • Work alongside Andera Engineers and Operations teams to solve technical problems for our clients.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve existing customer relations, processes, and policies.
  • Evaluate problems and situations to determine their importance and urgency.

About You
  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading 4-year college or university.
  • 1+ year in a technical client support role.
  • Background in Help Desk or Mobile technology preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for helping customers to solve their problems.
  • Exposure to CSS and HTML.
