This position is located in the Munitions Maintenance, Storage, handling, and Missle Maintenance Section of the Munitions Maintenance Branch. The purpose of this position is to perform maintenance on assigned missles, operate, repair, maintain, and calibratemissle test equipment, operate the Combat Ammunition System (CAS B), store, handle, and perform intermediate level maintenance on assigned conventional munitions.

Experience or training which has provided the candidate with the knowledge and application of mechanical and electrical principles and teh skill to pfrform intricate repair and adjustment of hydraulic and pneumatic components and devices.
Meeting the months of experience requirement will not by itself be accepted as proof of qualification. Quality, type, and scope of experience, training or education must be demonstrated to show that the applicant is fully qualified to perform duties at the grade level announced.
You MUST have months experience in EACH of the following KSAs:
1. Experience or training in repairing, rebuilding, modifying and testing a variety of major subassemblies.
2. Experience in diagnosing malfunctions and determining repair in major components consisting of numerous assemblies, interrelated electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic assemblies, interrelated electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic assemblies and components.
3. Experience making electrical repairs that require the use of precision measuring equipment and common hand tools.
4. Experience in the use of precision mearsurement equipment.
5. Experience interpreting and applying a variety of technical manuals and similar published materials.
Employees selected for full-time positions that require mandatory training at the National Guard Professional Education Center (NGPEC) will have 12 months from the date of hire to complete the required course(s). Failure to complete NGB prescribed courses at NGPEC for new personnel within the first year of employment may be cause for reassignment or termination.

Permanent Change of Station (PCS) cost is not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the interst of the Government.
