Develop and maintain the scope, timeline and budget for individual programs & coordinate these efforts with the programs lead engineer Provide leadership and guidance to Management Identify and maintain resources with other program managers Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
Qualifications
Previous program mgmt experience in medical device or contract medical device design environment. Posess the ability to understand and articulate both techincal and commercial issues and problem resolution Bachelors and/or a minimum of 5-6 years related experience. Must have excellent: time management, team building , verbal/written communication and organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task. High level of ethics and credibility, Goal-oriented and reliable. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. A Masters degree is preferred.
