The Community Director is an exciting live-in position in our Residence Life & Housing program. The position supervises a residential area of up to 250 upper-class students, and provides leadership to 9 student Resident Assistants. Our program is focused on creating a dynamic living and learning environment, that is welcoming and safe. Our 1400 residential students are housed in a variety of housing styles. Responsibilities include traditional resident director duties, student conduct duties, as well as community building and outreach to the rest of the College community.
The Community Director should be an enthusiastic student-centered, professional who can work independently and as a member of a team. Master’s degree in related field required, with at least 1 – 2 years of professional experience desired.
