Primary duties include analysis of supplier proposals for fair and reasonable pricing and preparation of Boeing negotiation positions in support of those proposals. Reviews and audits material, labor, rates and other direct costs associated with over Truth in Negotiations (TINA) level supplier proposals. Conducts cost/price analyses using statistical tools, market trend data and parametric models. Prepares strategies and supports or leads price negotiations with supplier. Reviews Statement of Work (SOW) packages and develops pricing instructions, matrices and bid instructions for the Request for Quote/Request for Proposal (RFQ/RFP). Applies quantitative analysis in the development of supplier pricing and analytical models. Identifies statement of work and determines model coverage. Conducts financial, operational, proposal and procedural audits of supplier data and systems. Develops Cost/Price Analysis Reports based on analysis and negotiation with suppliers. Supports analysis to suppliers, customers and Defense Contract Audit Agency as proposals are audited and negotiated. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Do you have experience supporting financial or procurement related activities on government contracts?

Do you have experience related to the requirements defined in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) related to government contracting?

Do you have work experience using Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) ?

Typical Education/Experience

Level 2 - Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
