Responsible for the administration and ongoing support of the online Learning Management System (LMS) across all Essentia regions, including all online and self-study training activities and curriculums, user and training data, dashboards and site pages, and usage reports. Coordinates site training, leads second-tier troubleshooting and acts as a contact with the LMS vendor and courseware providers. Assists in researching new systems, improving processes, and leading project implementation of new LMS processes. Develops, coordinates, implements, and/or presents non-clinical learning activities and tools for Essentia-wide staff. This includes but is not limited to regulatory topics, orientations, safety, patient- and family-centered care, and mission-related programs. This position requires strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service, the ability to interpret client needs and meet and manage deadlines. Excellent critical thinking skills required due to complexity of environment when processing changes.
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
Education and/or years experience required :
• Bachelors degree
• Experience using and delivering a diverse range of authoring and development tools, distance learning technologies and multimedia tools.
• Proven proficiency with adult learning theory and techniques.
• Prior experience with learning management system and knowledge of SCORM and/or AICC technical standards and components preferred
