The LifePRO division of EXL is a team dedicated to the development and implementation of the EXL LifePRO insurance administration system for Life, Health and Annuity Business. LifePRO streamlines policy administration for insurance companies through features such as a flexible product engine, real-time customer service and extensive agent compensation support.
QA Lead Analyst:
The QA Lead Analyst will be responsible for leading a QA team on various client projects to ensure timely delivery and high product quality.
The LifePRO QA team consists of onsite, remote, and offshore associates, and is responsible for the testing of system modifications, both internal and client requested, and client system conversions.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in the various software testing
methodologies and procedures, and possess the ability to lead a team of experienced QA professionals.
Lead a QA team in the testing of software application modules for proper operation as described in their modification design documents using both interactive and automated testing
Lead a QA team in the testing effort in a specific project and drive
continuous improvement in test coverage and test effectiveness
Design, develop, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans and
test cases following well-defined standards and processes using manual, and/or automated testing tools
Provide status reporting on projects and resources to senior management
Coordinate with Business Analysts and developers on test case definition
Coordinate and manage multiple projects
Provide input to technical design sessions
Research new QA technologies and processes
Assist developers with defining unit test conditions
Assist in developing quality processes and controls
Provide mentorship to junior team member on QA process
