Responsibilities: Assisting the Environmental & Regulatory personnel in a variety of functions, including team and independent projects associated with the power resources plant; maintaining compliance of Federal, State and Local Environmental/Regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Program in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Studies or related field, preferably in a junior or senior standing; strong academic credentials; ability to work both in a team environment and independently; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communications, interpersonal and organizational skills; must maintain a valid Driver’s License and must be at least 18 years old.
Proposed Work Schedule: This internship is available from May through August as a 40-hour per week program. Interns are paid hourly, and are not eligible for benefits beyond their hourly wage.
