Answering phone calls and directing calls to the proper person.
Filing and other clerical tasks necessary to maintain the office.
Providing word processing and other systems support and creation of documents.
Completing and assisting for completion various tasks within the appropriate systems (e.g. TrustRite) as instructed by supervisor.
Other tasks as directed by supervisor.
High School diploma.
1 to 3 years of experience in professional environment.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other general operating systems.
