In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. Essential Responsibilities
Assist Account Executive in the leadership of the team for the customer in all aspects of account growth including strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communication
Define entitlement & identify areas to penetrate and grow profitability
Interface directly with the marketing organization to drive high value solutions leveraging the GE portfolio
Serve as a conduit for solutions detailed understanding of customer’s business model and how GE’s products and services develop and deliver added value to the customer
Build customer relationships and communication at all levels
Matrix with existing functional and P&L teams to achieve growth objectives
Structure, price, negotiate and close deals
Actively participate in community events with the customer
Utilize six sigma tools & methodologies to drive improvements in key processes for the customer Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in a product or customer support position)
At least 3 additional years of experience in direct sales, account, or team leadership Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
