We currently have an opportunity for a HRIS Analyst in our corporate office in Seattle, Washington. The HRIS Analyst serves as the technical resource for the Benefits & Compensation, Risk Management, and HR Departments. Position serves as a liaison between Subject Matter Experts and their systems. Provides support and analysis to leverage technology to meet the needs of the endusers. Assists departments in identifying data & subsequent reports needed. Qualifications: Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Bachelor degree and 4+ years of related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office for Windows, experience with Benefit & HR applications, and Report Writing
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize, organize and pay close attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to establish excellent working relationships with multiple disciplines internally & externally.
Must pass criminal background check
