Qualifications: Energy Efficiency Programs, Demand Response section, is seeking a dedicated professional for its management team. The individual must demonstrate a high regard for personal accountability and the importance of delivering innovative products and services to our customers in a competitive environment. Must be highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to work alone or in teams. Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible in handling multiple assignments and able to meet deadlines. Makes sound decisions through the use of traditional and creative solutions while measuring the risks and impacts of his/her actions. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are essential. Bachelor’s Degree required. Must have strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge and/or work experience with other aggressive, competitive, market-driven utility demand response and demand side management initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business is preferred.

Responsibilities: Responsible for varying marketing, administrative and analytical roles in support of the development, implementation and marketing of comprehensive demand response and demand side management programs to meet the Company’s operations and business objectives and goals. Responsible for various demand response and demand side management related analyses, including market analyses. Assists in the development of demand response-related marketing communications and market research material. Monitors new demand response and demand side management studies and opportunities from both internal and external sources.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the Company’s service territory. Some travel may be required, especially to attend meetings with the New York Independent System Operator and the Public Service Commission.
