Requirements
- Minimum of three years of mortgage lending experience in call center
- Make a high volume of phone calls to contact prospective clients
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to manage time effectively
- Must be results-oriented
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to effectively interact with individuals in all areas of the Bank
- Thorough knowledge of current loan originating guidelines/procedures
- Favorable credit and background
