The TARC strives to provide a holistic approach to family healing and the development of associated competencies through the use of Alcohol and Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Recovery Support Services, behavior specific groups, and wrap around services, to individuals in their community.
Duties / Responsibilities:
conducts random drug/alcohol tests on gender specific client’s;
completes all required documentation and billing procedures;
facilitates services with oversight of Support Service Supervisor, or designee;
assist and prepare materials needed for intakes;
responsible to complete intakes on new clients;
answer phones, fax documents, filing, and complete reports;
answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, clients, visitors, and other interested parties;
data entry and processing;
provides transportation to identified clients, if needed;
has frequent contact with public, governmental agencies, and community agencies;
extensive knowledge of TARC programs and objectives;
performs needed backup duties for the Support Service Coordinators;
may require heavy lifting and moving; and other duties as assigned.
1) Must be at least 21 years of age
2) Successfully maintain and complete criminal background investigation
3) Must pass and maintain acceptable TB checks
4) Must have certification on drug testing procedures
Must be able to work independently; work and communicate with other professionals in an effective and professional manner; must have good time management skills and meet required deadlines; be able to work under stressful conditions; maintain CPR/ First Aid Certification; maintain a valid Idaho drivers license; provide 3 job related letters of reference; professional written, communication, and computer skills; and the ability to talk and hear in person and on the telephone.
