Job Summary:
You'll be responsible for assisting in the supervision of Tellers by providing day-to-day leadership, direction and training to ensure proper handling of cash and Customer transactions.
Responsibilities:
Provides exceptional Customer service by meeting all Customer demands as they relate to more complex inquiries and assisting others with more complex transactions and Customer interactions
Demonstrate competency and accountability with setting the vault, auditing Teller drawers and may manage Cash Master reporting and cash limits in accordance with Teller Operational Standards.
Participate in opening and closing Store procedure.
Learn/ maintain operational systems and databases i.e. ATM, Penny Arcade, TCR/ TCD, E-Time .
Reinforce Teller Operational Standards with team members.
Provide Bump-it-Up leadership, conflict resolution, process improvement and communication to the Teller line.
Conduct Teller coaching sessions to positively reinforce behaviors.
Assist in the preparation and development of the Store Sales Plan, promotional strategies and activities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
1-2 years related experience required, including experience in banking and supervisory experience
Superior Customer Service and communication skills
Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
Ability to multi-task and maintain order on Teller line.
Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes, Word and Excel.
Ability to supervise/ coach/ mentor other Tellers.
Flexibility with your work availability
Job Grade: 3
