Innovations International is a provider of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for high-ticket retailers. We are seeking a courteous and professional team player to support our sales staff and customers. This individual will be comfortable helping our customers on-board their new system and dedicated to resolving any issues that may occur. Enthusiastic, engaging, responsive and “good listener” are all traits that will be keys to success in this important position.

Job Description:
- Use technical knowledge and experience to resolve problems submitted by customers while making use of debugging skills and problem solving abilities
- Ability to research problems independently and identify root cause of issues using problem determination skills
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Provide phone support/chat/email support during regularly scheduled shifts
- Ability to work well within a team environment, and to work with our programmers to solve issues
- Documents knowledge in the form of technotes, whitepapers, and training modules
- Find workarounds and develops test cases for bugs
- Learn new technology and processes quickly
- Able to provide consultation for helping customers with the initial on boarding activities

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in one or more of the following: installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning or configuring relevant technologies
- 2+ years previous experience in Call Center / Tech Support environment
- 1+ years experience with Information system, internet applications, and database usage
- 1+ years experience with Software As A Service (SaaS) social enterprise customer care
- Previous experience using service Cloud products and social media [FB, Twitter, Chatter, Social (public and private) technology communities]
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use Internet applications, mobile apps and other compute hardware and peripherals
