Interns are formally partnered with a seasoned Assistant Store Manager, within a specific department.
During the program, Interns will rotate through all selling and non-selling areas of the store, such as; Receiving, Merchandising, Store Operations Support, Human Resources and Loss Prevention.
Each Intern is strategically placed in the New York, Rego Park, or the Brooklyn store location.
Each session lasts approximately 12 weeks.
Each student is required to work a set schedule each week based on their school schedule/availability. A typical day is from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.
Paid $10.00 per hour
Each Intern is reviewed at the end of the 12 week session. Based upon the results, an Intern may have an opportunity to interview for potential management opportunities.
