Duties And Responsibilities & Minimum Requirements:

The Coordinator, Donor Agreements and Gift Compliance provides high-level administrative and project support to the Director and Assistant Director for the University’s donor agreement process and gift compliance strategy. The Coordinator is also the main point person for office management issues as it relates to the two Advancement suites in the Harris Building. Provide ongoing administrative and project support to the Director and Assistant Director for the donor agreement process for the University (Main Campus, Medical Center and Law Center). Oversee the office functions for the two Advancement suites in the Harris Building, occupied by staff from Advancement Services, University Development, Foundation Relations and Georgetown University Medical Center Development. Responsibilities include inventory management, front office coverage coordination, ordering of supplies and non-computer equipment, preparation for and supporting large-scale meetings and events held in the facilities, and overall management of all services/support delivery mechanisms. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Position requires a minimum of three years of office or paralegal experience, or equivalent combination of training and work experience, preferably in a higher education or other non-profit setting. Requires superior organizational skills, proven experience in prioritizing assignments and completing tasks in a systematic manner, and superb attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Will need to learn applications used by Advancement including the GAMBIT/PRM database, Gift Reporter and other applications. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and to consistently meet all deadlines. Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, and able to work independently.
