              The Seasonal/Hourly Compensation Survey Analyst will review and resolve data queries and audits with clients in the publication of compensation surveys, performing statistical analysis and data input into spreadsheets and databases. This is a hourly, seasonal position with hours to fluctuate throughout a three month period, April through August. Flexible hours with hours increasing in the summer season.

              To fulfill this role, the Seasonal/Hourly Compensation Survey Analyst will:
              • Follow up with participants to answer questions and ensure timely return of questionnaires and clarify any questions about information they have supplied
              • Follow clearly defined standards, helping to ensure all participant data is audited and reviewed
              • Process data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data
              • Review data and perform statistical analysis
              • Review, manage and modify spreadsheets and databases submitted by clients

              Qualifications
              • Degree or progress toward a degree in human resource management, mathematics, statistics, computer science, business or a related field is preferred
              • Compensation or human resource management experience desired
              • Professional client-facing communication skills
              • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
              • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
              • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands
              • Strong PC skills (Excel or equivalent required - testing will be done to determine competency)
