High School or equivalent required. AAS degree in Medical Assistant/Secretarial Science or experience in business with emphasis on health care or related field preferred. Medical Terminology preferred. One-year previous related hospital, business or physician office experience preferred.

Experience dealing with customers in an effective and professional manner preferred. Demonstrated PC and Windows experience and experience with other business machines. (EX: fax,copier, etc.) Strong communication, organizations, telephone and typing skills and an attention to detail.
