$7,746 - $9,682/month Correctional Health Services of the San Mateo County Health System is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to manage all aspects of the nursing program at the Maguire Correctional Facility in Redwood City. This includes overseeing the Quality Management Program, assisting in the development of goals, policies and procedures, selecting, training and supervising staff, coordinating the Correctional Health Services program development in the adult and juvenile detention facilities, and collaborating with mental health and recovery programs.Requirements: Possession of a current CA RN license; two years of the required three years professional nursing experience must have been in a correctional environment; and possession of a valid BLS certificate.The ideal candidate will possess nursing experience in a correctional facility, supervisory/management experience in a correctional health setting and expertise in collaborating with Public Health, Behavioral Health, Recovery Services, the Sheriff†s Office and Probation Departments, a background in budget preparation/monitoring and strong written/verbal communication skills.
