This position will be based in Dyn ’s Manchester, NH Headquarters To read our full story visit hellip; http://dyn.com/about/ Key Responsibilities Reporting to the VP of Product, the Product Manager-Digital Business is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience by driving product and process change to facilitate customer onboarding (account setup), retention, provisioning, reporting and notification, up-selling, in-product marketing, customer service, and billing. The candidate will support all product lines while creating a common consumer experience. The scope includes serving as Product owner in managing the integration of SAAS based business systems including ZenDesk, Zuora, Aptegic, Salesforce " Dyn°s own DynECT products.The ideal candidate will possess the skills and experience to successfully execute the following: • Manage and maintain customer experience in using our DNS and email products.

  • Responsible for customer engagement and retention • Success in managing cross-functional development and integration projects in the Agile development process as Product Owner • Experience in business modeling and analysis to develop business cases and priorities • Experience with business processes and integration of IT systems. • Success in implementing single portal, single sign-on customer process Requirements • Bachelor ’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Computer Science or related field • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Product Management (eComm and/or Small Business) role • Experience in Agile development process as Product Owner • Prior experience with Saas, PaaS or IaaS products preferred • Experience in development and management of on-line products and business processes targeting B2B customers • Experience launching new concepts or startups a plus • Experience with DNS, email, and Traffic Management products a plus • Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, " development processes • Strong project management, problem-solving, " analytical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
